SUPPORT VETERANS?

Heroes Hall will give Douglas County veterans and their families one welcoming place to find support, build connections, and access the services they have earned.

But first, we have to build it.

Your donation through this page goes directly toward the construction of Heroes Hall. Instead of a distant promise or well-wishes on social media, you're helping us build a physical place designed to serve veterans and their families for generations.

THIS IS A FINISHABLE MISSION

We are not going to spam your inbox with donation requests.
We are asking you to help us build Heroes Hall.

Heroes Hall is not an open-ended idea or another cause that will ask for construction funding for the rest of your life. There is a building to build. There is a groundbreaking to reach. And there is a community that can make it happen.

Once Heroes Hall is standing, veterans and their families will have a permanent place to turn — one built around dignity, trust, connection, and practical help.

We know people in Douglas County support veterans. This is the moment to turn that support into something veterans can walk through, gather inside, and depend on.

WHY HEROES HALL MATTERS

Support Should Not Be Difficult to Find

Veterans and their families should not have to navigate disconnected systems, make call after call, or figure out on their own which organization can help.

Heroes Hall will bring trusted veteran-focused organizations together under one roof, creating a visible and accessible place where people can walk in, be welcomed, and find a path forward.

That support will include:

  • Guidance with VA and state benefits
  • Emergency assistance and trusted community referrals
  • Connections to mental health support
  • Education, training, and professional development
  • Community events and shared experiences
  • Camaraderie, belonging, and meaningful connection
  • Support for spouses, children, caregivers, and surviving family members

This is more than a building. It is the place that makes all of this support easier to find.

VETERANS ARE NOT THE ONLY ONES WHO SERVE

Heroes Hall Is for Their Families, Too

Military service affects entire families.

Spouses, children, caregivers, and survivors often carry burdens that are difficult to see and even harder to navigate alone. The mental health crisis affecting veterans also reaches the people who love them.

Heroes Hall will create a place where veterans and their families can find connection before isolation becomes crisis—and practical help before a difficult situation becomes overwhelming.

A place to be understood.
A place to belong.
A place to ask for help without being passed from office to office.

Every donation made through this page goes directly toward construction.

It helps turn architectural plans into walls, meeting rooms, gathering spaces, and a permanent home for veteran and family services.

Your contribution helps build:

  • A welcoming, accessible place for veterans and families
  • Private spaces for guidance and support
  • Rooms for meetings, education, and community programs
